This is an example of what Senior Vice President of Lee and Associates in Newport Beach posts on his public social media account. Quite a racist, semi-violent slant. And, Lee and Associates has stated this is "acceptable as these are his personal views" Just wow!!

Renters beaware

Marlita hill and Joe hill are the most dehonest people i have ever meet. they seem like nice people and try and play the old people card but donot let them full you. I rented a house for them a frew years ago and it was the worst thing i could have ever done. they loose paperwork all the time when you ask for profe of smething they can not find it and tell you they will find it and get it to you in hopes you forget about it. they will not fix anything that brakes in there homes and it takes forever to get it done if they do fix something. after moving into there home that i rented the first time i had an issue i looked into things i could do to being a renter and stumbled onto these reviews of her. lord knows i wish i would of seen these before. i ended up moving out of the house berfore my lease is up and she took me to court and lost after the judge saw how she operated. very bad people.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
