found this company on HomeAdvisor and not being a informed consumer I entered into a contract to have my pitched, lower and side roof replaced without the salesman getting up on my pitched roof to assess where the leak was coming from. There contractors were very helpful and were not given clear instructions on the replacement and it took many calls to their office to get the job completed and their operation seems to be understaffed. Upon completion another leak was found in the roof and the contractor worked from 8:30a to 8:30p (in the dark) to find the leak. To be clear I have no problem with the work completed. However, their office staff are nasty, unprofessional, very short and do not return phone calls stating they are leaving the office early, thanks Gina. The work was finally completed one week later and I paid the remaining amount due Wednesday after the rain, but am still fighting with their office staff to get a return call on when two Bagster bags will be removed from my property. We are coming up on the Thanksgiving Holiday so I called the (877) number for Bagster and was told this morning the removal had not been scheduled. After the original call Lednor office in NJ was called again and finally the pick up was scheduled however, it could take up to 3 business days before the bags will be removed from my shared driveway and sidewalk.

Lednor Corporation / Gutter Helmet Non-Installation

Lednor Corporation / Gutter Helmet (1121 Benfield Blvd, Suite S, Millersville, MD) scheduled an installation at my house. No time was given; I had to wait at home all day. I called the service department at noon and was told the installation was scheduled for 2-4 PM. No one showed up. I called the service department at 4:30 PM; they closed for the day at 4 PM. No one called to say the installers were running late. No one called to try to reschedule the installation. I cancelled the contract and, of course, Lednor Corporation / Gutter Helmet gets to keep the $300 deposit. All legal and aboveboard. They get $300, you get nothing. My advice: don't have anything to do with Lednor Corporation or Gutter Helmet.
