Resolved: Customer service is non-existent.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Emailed and finally got a response that was helpful
Tried all of the on-line suggestions. The they said send it back, but had to get a return authorization. Can't get the return authorization without an Order Reference Number. Because I was traveling, couldn't get the number so they closed my "case".
Re-opened a new case because their system did not recognize my order number, so again get an Authorization. Its been 5 days since I sent new case and no response. Still have not been able to pair my device and apparently no other way to contact customer service, if you want to call it that, so all I can do is wait.
Meanwhile my 30 day return period is running out. Doesn't work and can't get a response as to how to return it!

They stole all my xrp and xlm. Back door to this ledger, and by God there is and I am so disgusted and Ive lost everything for my nine kids and Im just sick and that this is not been allowed to happen to be compromised after being told that this was a safe wallet. I am beyond words as all my savings is gone now, and my entire family will suffer because of not being able to have this cryptocurrency.

Bad device right out of the box/ no refund
The worst customer support I have ever experienced. I received a defective Ledger Nano X right out of the box.
Customer support chat has been taking me in circles for about a week now and I can't complete a refund request. I've reached out several times through the useless customer support chat and I have yet to be helped. This company should be held accountable for selling faulty products and not refunding there customers. The internet and youtube is littered with reviews and videos about this very same thing.
Can someone say class action lawsuit! At this point I feel like I have been robbed of my money. If you have had a similar experience I urge you to report it. Hopefully with enough complaints we can get some legal support about this.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LEDGER!
It seems now I am stuck with a $149 paper weight and Ledger is proud of it. Ledger if I am wrong then prove it and process my refund.

I've been using Ledger Live for a while now, but recently, I've encountered a recurring issue that's incredibly frustrating. The app simply refuses to open, despite repeated attempts.

Can you please give me a phone number for customer support in the US. I can not log into my account.
I had to reset my computer because it was compromised & now when I enter my email & password & it directs me to my email to put the code in, I don't receive an email.
Online support is no help. It's just a bot that sends you in circles.

I bought my Nano X two years ago and for the last year or so it's had the battery charge issue (otherwise works fine). I finally contacted Ledger support, expecting the worst given the plethora of bad reviews.
I am happy to say they were excellent! They've sent out a replacement, no argument.
i strongly recommend them. they may have had some issues over the years with bad hardware and software but ultimately they seem to be coping and going out of their way to retain custom.

I'm using ledger nano X
Though they can be difficult to figure out at first, most of the issues read here seem to be on the users end, there contact window is during the week normal business hours for the chat, not sure if it says that now or not but it should if it doesn't, whenever i needed help they helped figure out how to use it, they were patient and friendly, your protecting your finances here so we need to be a little patient aswell, and never go for any free offered coins they just want your info, use logic here, im grateful to ledger for keeping my funds safe and still accessible to trade on there platform, with many other features

Need Help to Setup My Ledger hardware Device with my MAC
I didn't say I was pissed...I still cannot resolve my issues. Between my Mac being so outdated that it would not support the update I tried, to forgetting my pin, to Safari not remembering my password, to losing the option to do the reset...All I have are my 24 words, but even though I have installed Ledger on my PC, I can't get past it wanting a pin. I Need help...

Primitive tech,no costumer service,website does not help,extremely expensive,doesnt transfer funds,this device lost $3000 of my money into thin air and there is NO person to talk to.
Not even a robot.they hide their identity and their intentions from the get go.we should be very careful.last,if you are concerned that an exchange will take all of your money why wouldnt you be concerned that ledger will take it?

I was doing a simple c phase check on ledger live.com or a website that resembles the company it ask me to put my 24 word c phase in the following boxes. I did as follow, out the 24 word c phase three of them came back as incorrect for misspelling. I didnt think nothing of it until a couple days later checking my ledger to see my cryptos was withdraw the following day after I check my hardwallet word c phase

User's recommendation: Don’t check your cphase through any site the best way is get the three attempts on your hardwallet wrong and reset it in put your c phase in that way
I received the wrong package
So basically I ordered the Ledger Nano X from Ledger, waited almost a month for it to ship and 4 days to finally receive the package only to find it be the wrong product. They sent me some type of mechanical pencil with the brand remarkable.
I tried contacting their support team and explained my situation in an email, however, it has been 6 days and I have yet to hear from them. This is really disappointing, I feel as though the $125 that I spent will likely not be returned to me, and given their extremely slow response time, (6 days and counting) just to reply to my initial email, it seems to me they are not at all concerned about making this right. I want to remain objective, however, and I wasnt going to post this review as I told myself I would give them more time to respond to my email, but seeing as its been nearly a week and still no response, I figured I should make this review for any future would be buyers from Ledger, and allow them to use their own judgement with regards to doing business with Ledger. Buyers beware.
I will likely just order from Trezor or another company that offers cold storage crypto wallets, hopefully they wont screw me over like Ledger did.

The photo below is the product that I received from them, and idk about you but that doesnt look like a Ledger Nano x, not even close.
