You only get to email them; then they may or may not send you parts to figure out how to fix the lightbar yourself. Nonexistent service outside of them sending you parts.

Even though their whole lightbar is failing after only 7 months, I've replaced many of the LED modules, and they all continue to fail. Junk equipment and terrible service.
