Need another owners manual

Did not get to talk to anyone when I called
Charger indicates full charge, monitor panel only stays on a second. Deraileur malsdjusted, as are the brakes. Also the original seat postclamp was a failure bike was purchased and delivered in April '. Any ideas. Fairly disappointing. Oder # 458677 Order # 458677

FedEx tracking is not working please fix this problem I cannot track my trike I want to be home when it arrives

Very happy with the bike and customer service
New parts shipped right away because of the error code 010. I was sent instructions and a video for diagnosing the error also instructions for installing the parts.
