September 2018, first day of at Hackensack High School, bus shows up 25 min. late.
Second and third day bus does not show up at all! Called the people at Hackensack High School who are responsible, they were nice but no dice. They said sorry, but every year for the first few days this happens. Called the bus company, they gave us the run around, put us on hold for 20 min., hung up the phone on us and in the end when you call and someone picks up and and you try to talk to them, they say, let us be honest with you, bus will not be coming today...soooo, yeah.
Than when you lose you temper they say hey lower your voice or I will be forced to hang up, yet we are at work and my kids are stuck out there with no ride to school. They are rude, unprofessional and don't give a damn if they lose the contract or not. Tough luck! WORST Service, worst people and if you get them, be aware and make sure you drive your kids to school.
Drivers don't speak English, don't know the roads. ITS A MESS!!!!
