Website would not allow me to enter a different shipping address for some reason

I purchased a gift for someone though the site would not allow me to enter their address. I contacted customer service and the package was delivered overnight to the correct address.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I finally got a hold someone above the ignorant, self aggrandizing customer service representative! A really nice lady named Kathy who refunded the shipping fees and I received the package not in time for Xmas but?I do not blame them for the lose of the package that is on USPS but how it was handled makes it clear I do not want to do business with them in the future.

I made a purchase from their website that shipped out on 9/12 the items was last scanned at JFK on the 16/12 as it was put on a plane, at the time of this writing that was 5 and half days ago.

The company refuses to take any action to find the package, USPS has stated that "the shipper (them) needs to contact USPS international and file for an "International inquiry" so that they can open a case"

my package never arrived . Not sure what's going on I did give the right address some reason package was going back to you.

I spoke to someone few days back he said he would give me a call soon as he finds out what's going on with package still have not heard anything. This order was over a month ago. Address I put down it is 745 West Mountain View Lane Quartzsite Arizona 85346. Also put in their box 1126 that gives the option or however it is shipped it was still either go to my house or go to the PO box.

If shipped USPS will go to PO box if FedEx or UPS will go to the house. Thank you

Where is my order

I ordered boots from Leatherup.com. When the boots arrived, they fit in the foot but the tops were made like a woman's boot.

I could not even zip up the boot (which has a full zipper up the whole side). I am a very average male and I've owned many boots and have never had a boot that does not fit the leg but fits the foot. I called Leatherup for refund procedures and they won't pay for return shipping by giving me a Fedex return label like most Reputable companies do. So I'm out the expensive price of shipping and a trip to the post office (or a half hour drive to Fedex) and have nothing to show for it.

Your rating system should allow me to give Negative or No stars. Don't buy anything from Leatherup.

Oh, and the guy on the telephone was the typical don't-give-a-s@!#$ employee who's attitude was, oh well. *Middle Finger back at you, buddy*.

Preferred solution: Issue a return shipping label for Fedex and either exchange the boots for a size 10 or refund my purchase price.

I ordered ONE leather jacket from LeatherUp.com. They shipped me two of the same jackets and charged me for both of them.

I HAD TO PAY $20.OO for the return shipping via FedEx. FedEx tracking service states that LeatherUp.com received my return one week ago, yet there has been NO credit received on my credit card banking statement yet.

Furthermore, I spoke to two Cus. Serv. Reps., one of them was a manager, who hung up on me because I was determined to get a suitable answer from him, but he merely regurgitated the company's line: "IT'S YOUR OWN FAULT, YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE PUSHED THE BACK BUTTON WHEN OUR ON-LINE ORDER FORM FAILED TO WORK".

They will not dialogue with you as an individual with a unique problem. They will simply shut you down and hang up on you if you are persistent.

This company has NO CLASS, and LeatherUp.com IS NOT A MEMBER OF THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THEY HAVE NO ACCREDITATION WITH THE B.B.B. However, they DO have lots of complaints filed by their customer with the B.B.B.

BOTTOM LINE: NEVER, NEVER,NEVER BUY FROM THIS CRASS, CLASSLESS AND CARELESS COMPANY.

Leatherup.com bad service shop elsewhere

I'm NOT HAPPY! I ordered a size XXL(63cm-64cm). My head is a good 62cm.

The FIRST Helmet I recieved was marked XXL 63-64. When I tryed it on it was tight on my head. I measured the inside diameter of the helmet and got a max. of 60 cm . I returned the helmet, coustmer service agreeded it was miss marked and not a XXL.

TWO weeks later I recieved the SECOND helmet marked XXL 63cm-64cm. (the box was not "new" you could tell it had been opened before). This helmet was also TIGHT and measured 60cm. I can't spell but i do know how to use a tape measure. It was TIGHT and measured 60cm. Again I returned helmet.

THREE weeks later I recieved a call from coustmer service. The service rep. told me the helmet I returned was not miss marked and did indeed measure 64 cm. AGAIN my head 62cm The helmet was TIGHT and MEASURED 60cm.

I think that it is just possible somebody in shipping screwed up the boxxes on the way out, and then covered there butt when the helmet was returned for the second time.

This is more than likley the last purchase I will make from leatherup. com

But you can be sure i will be bad mouthing them for a long time
