Urgent - I need to speak with a supervisor

I have tried to purchase a toilet bag medium. i included the promo code of 15% and didn't applied the discount.

i need an agent and do it on the phone. i'm a first time client. I have tried to call but the answer service hangs on the phone with our transferring to an agent.

It's really frustrating. i'm about to give up this purchase.

DON'T RELY ON LEATHEROLOGY TO ARRIVE IN TIME!

I placed a customized order as a gift for a wedding, and timed the shipping to arrive a few days before I needed it to leave wiggle room - only to find out that Leatherology uses a discount shipper (DHL) who then ships to USPS, who ships to me. Really?

I find myself a day before the wedding and USPS doesn't even have the item yet or know where it is, so I guess I won't have a gift!!! When calling customer service to try finding a solution, they say that "delivery dates aren't guaranteed" and there is nothing they can do to help unless I place A NEW ORDER.

This item is useless to me now and I wish I never purchased this!!! Terrible company.
