Did not receive what i ordered

I was told that the love seat that i wanted to order was the same depth as the sofa on display. However when it came the depth was shorter and did not offer the same support as the sofa.

the salesperson out and out lied.

However i had no recourse due to the fact that it was a special order.

When i called them to explain the problem they were curt and rude.

In addition after only three months use my $2,000 plus leather love seats cushion is all lumpy and out of shape.

I am sorry you are not happy with the furniture you purchased. A service order has been sent in and a tech will make an appointment to take care of the issues you point out to him.

I apologize if any of our sales people were not courteous to you.

Leather Express strives to do everything we can to have happy satisfied customers. Please keep in mind that your furniture is new and with use the seat will get deeper from the Dacron condensing back from you sitting on it.

Review about Matching Ottomans

I just received my 2 leather 8ft.sofas. Along with the sofas I ordered 2 matching ottomans to effect a chaise look.

Tge ottomans are two different colors as well as a different shade from sofas.

They look like they belong to another sofa entirely. I am very disappointed in the quality & carelessness of the manufacturer.

Omni Leather Sofa Inferior Quality

This is such an inferior company to deal with. They represent themselves as a top quality leather company, but there truly mis-represent themselves.

We bought a 4 seater leather Sofa with 2 recliners, which we were assured this was a top quality piece of furniture. When we had it delivered at the end of last December we informed the store that one of the cushions was extremely puckered. They said, let it settle in and in time it should look like the other 3 cushions. We even sent photos to substantiate our complaint.

We were going out of town and the salesman asked me to drop off the cushion and would have it repaired. When I went to pick it up, they handed it back to me in the same bag I dropped it off in. The salesperson was not in and they told me there was nothing wrong with it. When they sent someone to my home the technician told me that about 5 minutes after he left I still was join to have the same problem.

He was right. I will now take further action with this company.. His rep and sales manager told him there was nothing wrong with this cushion. I beg to differ.

Not only will I not do business with them, I will put the word out there to anyone thinking of buying their products. American made Omni.

Poor quality and inferior quality.

Don't buy from Leather Express

They represented their merchandise as first quality and it is not.  I have had this three years and one end where I sit most often the seat is sunken.  I've had plenty of couches in my lifetime, including some lesser quality stuff from places like Rooms to Go and Levitz and some pieces for ten years or more, never had this happen.

I called Ronnie (the sales manager and guy who sold it to me) and he said it was still covered by warranty and he would send someone to look at it.  The guy who showed up said right away "I suppose they didn't tell you there is a charge for me to come out here" and I said yeah, you suppose right.  So he says he'll bill the store for $85 and see if they will pay it.  He said to replace the foam in the seat cushion with the same "cheap stuff" it was made with would be $400, but if I wanted him to replace it with something that wouldn't collapse like that it would be $800.  He would see if the factory would honor the warranty but he seriously doubted it....said he had never seen them accept responsibility.

Never heard back from him so called Ronnie again.  Told him what had transpired.  Now he says it's not under warranty, then corrected that statement to say it was a pro-rated warranty (this was just a the very end of the warranty so that really means no warranty).  He said he would fax the repair guy right away to see what he found out.  Never heard back.

Also, I found a foam manufacturer that can replace this *** with the best quality commercial grade product which should never have this problem for $125! I’ll let you draw the conclusions.......

So it's my opinion that you should not buy anything from this company, I certainly will never do so again.
