AI Highlights
  • Furniture arrived wrapped.
  • They were accused by Leather Creations of causing damage, paid over $7500, and requested upfront inspection.

This has been the worst experience EVER!!!! My husband and I was told we could pick our furniture up.

When my husband arrived the furniture was completely wrapped up. When my husband brought the furniture home he waited for me to arrive before unwrapping. When I arrived and we all unwrapped the furniture, we saw the damage. I immediately contacted Leather Creations and we were instantly accused of causing the damage.

We did not do that! We did not cause the damage and then tried to blame it on Leather Creations. We would never do that!!!! I have already paid over$7500 for this furniture, and the customer service was and still is terrible.

I don't believe in playing the race card, but I truly feel if I was of a different race I would have been treated " DIFFERENT" !!! Please make sure to inspect your furniture upfront and video it.

Cons:
  • Customer service was terrible

Being a consumer of over 30 years and having read this complaint it is actually laughable . So let me get this straight, the company wrapped a newly manufactured custom piece with *** in it?

In a effort to hurt you because you are an african American? I mean seriously? Do you think for one second anyone reading this will think that it's more likely that a company wrapped a new piece damaged then a customer damaging furniture because they wanted to pick up and deliver the furniture themselves.

The answer is obvious and being an African America, you are despicable for trying to make an issue out of what is obviously damage that you caused. GIVE ME A BREAK!
