If there was an option for zero stars I would pick it. I was approved for financing for a phone, charged the first payment out of my account and the following day I receive an email saying the transaction had been cancelled. But the payment had already been processed and all they can say is sorry and make me wait up to 7 days for a refund ***
Chrysler Capital - Typical Lazy USA company

In my opinion Chrysler Capital is lazy. I'm leasing a truck and was required to provide full coverage insurance. Months later they want more details on my insurance.
You have my policy number and personal info. I went to your website. It requires me to jump through hoops and over hurdles. Do your own work. I do not appreciate having my time wasted. I purchased your service.
Do your job! No bail outs from work.
Two words for your lazy attempt. Go Fish!!!!# They don't rate minimum on your scale.

Chrysler Capital - For the love of GOD STAY AWAY....

Worst experience ever. Leased a car, turned it in early and paid of the full balance of the loan.
They said because I didn't pay it the day I turned the car in and it was two days later, I was responsible for the $12,000 difference for the loss in value of the car, when I was told by their staff to do it the way I did it. That took over two months to clear up. Now, six months later, this is still on my credit, showing I have a balance with them. So I called. Nope, they don't take calls.
You have to write a letter with envelope and stamp like we're back in 1985.
Get with the program. I HIGHLY suggest EVERYBODY stay away from using chrysler capital. Pay more and go elsewhere!

I'd join the Class Action regarding my equipment leasing experience: 1. all the sales pitches never mentioned leasing equipment expenses. I told the salesman I already owned First Data equipment and he said "perfect!". 2. My ex-employee/sales associate signed the contract...

I purchased backyard furniture from a big box store using Progressive. I understood that if I didn't pay the furniture off within the 90 days, I would pay almost double the price. The part I missed was it wasn't same as cash. We recently bought a house and the other...
