Scam, Mis-representation

To anyone and everyone who has been ripped by Lease One or Lease One Corp. out of Lynnfield, MA you need to get your facts together and call the Boston Office of the F.B.I. at . Tell them that you what to report a possible "White Collar Crime" and you want to discuss this with an Agent for that Unit. When you get to one of the Agents tell them you know there have been complaints and prior reports submitted and that you are also wanting to file a report. Have your facts together. These facts should be from anything you were promised or told which you have now found out not to be true. I will not get into specifics here, but you have your emails, letters, notes, etc together and be specific with them. Anything that enticed you to turn over whatever the amount was in order to get service from the so called largest "equipment broker". It does NOT matter when you signed up as there are people from 2004 until a couple of weeks ago who have become victims. Do not tell them Lease One Corp. will not fund deals. They are not a credit agency and could care less. They will only look at what may be fraud, etc. Legal issues of a possible criminal nature. Also if you are one of the lucky brokers over the years who funded any deals, look back at them and see if "Amendments" or requests were made for additional funds or security deposits which may not show up on the Lease paperwork. Also there have been complaints that deals showed up which were submitted to Lease One Corp. and arrived at a lender under a different name rather than Lease One. There is an idea that some business was placed through another "Broker" because Lenders were wary. Also if you know how to contact Kortney Farhat, the training person, post her number and address, email, etc here. There may be some people interested in talking to her since she was inside and now is supposedly on the outside of Lease One. Also, if you know of any other "brokers" let them know of this and tell them to get involved and relate their story and facts. There is a consideration for a lawsuit but that will be in the future. Now, what is important is establishing this long record of what many consider mis-representation and possible fraud. You can file with the MA AG and their Consumer Affairs Office and the FTC, all are a waste of time. They are broke and do not want to get involved. File with the local Boston BBB, and keep notes of them also as what you tell them and what they put down. Be specific. Lease One shows the BBB on their paperwork, but as far as anyone knows they have not been a Member of any BBB. Surprised?????????????

Lease One Corporation Found Guilty of Stealing Customers Deposit!

In 2005 I signed up and paid $19,900 for the Lease One Broker Program. As a Lease One Broker I experienced everything negative that I am reading on the internet. If you're thinking of signing up for the program ask yourself this question, why would folks who paid $19,900 go to such great lengths to discredit the program they paid to become a part of, wouldn't that hurt their chances of ever recovering their investment? If you're still doubtful and believe crooked Joe Angelo's sales pitch about being a family run business and that "Lease One adheres to high ethical standards and methods of operation" please take a look at this blurb from a 2005 law suit where Lease One was found guilty of STEALING their customer's deposit and later ordered to pay it back with penalties: 2005 Mass. App. Div. 149 (****) U.S. Environmental Rental Corporation v. Lease One Corporation Massachusetts Appellate Division, Northern District. November 21, 2005. "Defendant Lease One Corporation ("Lease One") was defaulted for failing to answer, an assessment hearing was held, and a default judgment for actual and G.L.c. 93A punitive damages was entered against Lease One for its refusal to return an unearned deposit." To read the full court ruling about what a low lives Joe Angelo and Lease One are check out the full ruling: http://scholar.google.com/scholar_case?case=119960****20784****. Would you really want to do business with a dirt bag like Joe Angelo? Read the court case, it goes on to say "The motion judge may well have concluded that Lease One merely elected to treat this action with the same apparent nonchalance and indifference it had shown to the plaintiff's earlier requests for repayment of the $15,000.00 deposit monies and the plaintiff's G.L.c. 93A demand letter. Further, Lease One advanced no substantial defense to the plaintiff's claim for a return of the $15,000.00, which was due upon Lease One's failure to arrange more than $500,000.00 in lease financing." I'm reading complaints about Joe Angelo lying to brokers, stealing from brokers and his nonchalance and indifference attitude to their pleas for help; it sounds like a US Court of Law already found Joe Angelo guilty of all these charges. Lease One is not a legitimate business, it's a scam to steal your $19,900 like Joe did to U.S. Environment Rental Corporation. You should be ashamed of yourself Joe and the websites that tout your business as being legitimate should be held liable for their lies as well. This court case proves the true character of the Lease One Corporation scam which is to steal from everyone possible.

Lease One Scam Artists

I spoke to the trainer who just quit Lease One, interesting comments: Joe "*** bag" Angelo owes her a lot of money and stiffed her so she's willing to join out law suit. Ricky "dog ***" Lopez is going to try to take over training for a while. Joe *** commented that if "Dog ***" Lopex dosen't work out he'll bring back Haas at 1/2 the price. Apparently "dog ***" Lopez has been trying to put the move on Nicloe and its causing bad blood with ***'s Angelo's son. Apparently ***'s son had OCD and he's freaking out over Ricky "dog ***" moving in on his girl. Great stuff on these low lives at lease One.

This is Kortney and I did train for Lease One, I no longer work there but never said these things about them. I would never use words like Joe *** and Ricky Dog either.

If you want to bash someone do it in your own words. Obviously you and I have never spoken.

Please keep me out of it. Lease One funded many deals for me and I also just trained based on my knowledge of leasing, I was not employed by them, I was a trainer.

Mr concerned who is too afraid of posting your name. I am kortney and I did train as a 1099 self employed trainer.

If you lost 20k it was due to lack of work ethic. I am still self employed still find deals through my own company and trained based on a training manual from true passion for leasing. I read these things and they make me sick. If you want to contact me you may do so but if you don't post your ne or info I am not sure *** you plan on getting resolution.

Did you prospect, market your business, etc? If so did you read additional info on leasing to educative yourself on how to sell? If not I am sure you were not successful. Therefore blaming a company that allowed you to use their banks when you did not have your own is petty and sad.

I made well over 6 figures funding lease deals through lease one.

They were more than generous with paying a large commission structure if you could sell. So contact me if you are going to use my name and we can go from there lottneyf@***.com

Lease One Steals $20,000 from many people.

Lease One is not a franchise that you want to spend $19,900 on as they are not only a scam, but operate a franchise that is not at all what they claim to be. Their claim of being super brokers is a bold face lie. They are not. The only hope is that those who have reported them may slow down the constant flow of $20,000 checks from unsuspecting people who only find out the truth after Lease One has ruined them. Hopefully Gordon is right about the law suit against them. They need to be put out of business.

Lease One Corporation Scammed me for $19,900

Lease One scammed me out of $19,900 with the false promise of promising to provide me with the lending sources and backroom support to become a successful lease brokership. I signed up throug a franchise website and attended the training. The back room support was horrible and the stole my leads and sold them to other leasing companies. The owener, Joe Angelo is a lying *** artist. I'm trying to warn others to stay away from this scam. I'm reading complaints against Lease One on other websites and see a class action law suite is in progress. Stay away from this scam and if you are a victim please join the law suite.
