You have to email/leave a voicemail to reach someone. Half the time I have reached out I cannot get anyone to call and help talk me through things.

You will very much be on your own using this service, they do not care about your business enough to have a direct line to call. I have 4 businesses I pay for and I have gotten zero help.

Could you please update your current Dispensary list on your website?

Also how do I obtain a refund for my purchase?

Another thing is please have a customer support page that actually works when you hit Email nothing happens and you really should have a Customer Support Telephone Number for people to contact you.
