Cannot contact them support page does not work no telephone number!!

I hit delivery on your website and the dispensary I ordered from is no longer in Business. The dispensary I ordered from is Vireo in White Planes New York and I ordered $130.00 worth of product that never arrived. When I tried contacting the dispensary Vireo there is a message saying they are no longer open. Could you please update your current Dispensary list on your website? Also how do I obtain a refund for my purchase? Another thing is please have a customer support page that actually works when you hit Email nothing happens and you really should have a Customer Support Telephone Number for people to contact you.
