Avoid this company at all costs. Their salesperson Kimberly Packer completely lies to me just to get me to sign up.

We are a kitchen and bath merchant and I told her the nature of the business is large credit card amounts but relatively small volume transactions. She went to the credit check and the credit limit was ridiculously low ($2,500 per transaction and $20,000 max per month) but she told me not to worry and that I will just have to call when I have a large transaction and they will allow it until we establish more history. We have our first sale of $10,000 and I call and they said no way we can process this because our limit is $2,500 and I mentioned what Kimberly said and they said that it doesnt make a difference what she said. Why would I sign up for this given the nature of the business for suck a low credit limit?

As a result, I cancelled without getting one sale processed and had to pay $100 for the clover machine and $350 to cancel the contract. I tried to get the money back since I didnt get one sale processed and it was within a month of getting the machine but I got nothing. So they basically stole $450 from me. Lesson learned.

Dont make the same mistake as I did.

Run do not walk away from them. If I could give a zero rating I would.

Every week I get a charge that is not suppose to be on my account, when you call to speak with a supervisor, it is never one available to speak with.

I would like this message escalated to the highest person in charge, so that this stops.

Also train the employees correctly, by administering more, and more training.

I have had a Merchant account for the last six months with Leaders Merchant Services and made a huge mistake by not reading the small print. Readers beware that they will charge a non-compliance fee for each month you do not fill out the compliance paperwork.

$40.00 on top of the monthly fee. Also when you ask them to wave any of the fees they will not work with you at any length. I decided to cancel the account for lack of use and the high fees per month and little did I know I would get hit with a $350.00 termination fee. No they will not waive that fee either!

They did not discuss the termination fee either.

On top of the money complaints, each time I called i would be on hold at least 10 to 15 minutes before anyone could get to me and then get passed around to three or four different departments.

I would not recommend this company to do any business Services. They are not good business people.

I signed up with with Merchant and it sounded good at first but then when i started receiving the first statement it had huge fees that were not discussed. I immediately called to cancel, but then received a 350 termination fee.

I called to ask what that was and they told me but i never signed up for a contract. They will not refund the money but i will dispute it with my bank.

Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or Their services for your business.

Leaders Merchant Services fraudulently took money out of my checking account in 2017.

This all started when I started vending and needed a service. I called them, and of course they were very nice to hear from another sucker. I truly believe that the salesperson was trained by Merchant Services to purposefully rush me to return the contract, to mislead me about the charges and to specifically withhold pertinent information about the contract that would have certainly jeopardized the sale and his commission. I was outraged when I became aware fof the truth about this company. I was initially told I would be charged a small fee monthly if I used the service. Nothing was said about any other fees.

I in the mean time decided to go with Square, a very reputiable company. Since I do not use a swipe card often, I

was not watching my checking account. I found out months later these jerks had almost depliated my checking account. I called them and they said it was due to the compliance fee. I said what compliance fee? I was not told of any such thing. This fee was $44.94 plus another $4.50

every month. So for 9 months, this was taken out of my account. jerks almost depleated my checking account.

Well after several calls and getting no where with these people, I finally got someone to help me cancel this rip off. I was told I had a three year contract (another suprise). They sent me a form to fill out to cancel and fax back to them. In the mean time, I had closed my checking account. One day after I closed my account, the bank called and ask if I would allow a debit to be charged to my account to the tune of $250.00 from guess who. I am so pissed at this company.

Oh by the way, read the reviews of hundreds of pissed off people being scamed by this *** of a company.

In November 2016, I called Leaders looking for a low cost merchant services provider and was assured no hidden fees or monthly charges as I adamantly told the rep my website was just getting up and running therefore my sales would be very minimal. Fast forward 2 months later when I see numerous erroneous charges for not being PCI compliant as well as other monthly fees and charges.

Then upon speaking with them, they went into detail of my 3 year contract and exactly what and why I was getting these charges. I was extremely mortified that NONE of this was ever communicated a forehand and then when I cancelled, they charged me an early termination fee of $350!!! In less than 5 months, they took $500 and change while without empathy, said I was in breach of the contract I signed. They never once told me of the termination fee stating it was in the fine print of the countless pages of contract that I received "after the fact".

This company is unscrupulous and I am in hope that soon, they will be held accountable for their lies and thievery. This whole experience has left me feeling victimized and only until they are held liable for ripping off people, will I feel vindicated.

This company has hidden fees, higher percentage of fee collection from sale than quoted. They have an extremely difficult compliance process and fined monthly when you couldn't complete compliance form easily.

They say they will help you walk through the process while you were at your computer, but conveniently.. their system was down twice when I tried to work with them. Once I finally completed by just arbitrarily saying yes and no to questions a college professor with 3 masters in business couldn't answer. Then days later was sent a notice that compliance wasn't valid until I electronically signed through another very difficult, nearly impossible process.

Hence, more fines and finally when I had enough, and tried to cancel their services so I could quit getting fined, they had the balls to charge me a cancellation fee.

My total charges for the estimated $600 I collected in sales over 5 months....

$854. And I'm not sure I'm out of the woods yet.

Opened a Merchant account with these slime balls. A lesson in "GET IT IN WRITING", I was promised no fees, no monthly minimums, no pci fees, no cancelation fees, etc.

I recommend to everyone to not sign up for services from companies without getting everything in writing first. They make it sound very simple to do everything over the phone! Just remember, everything they told you and promised you will end up being a lie.

My bank account ended up getting overdrawn twice for undisclosed fees. Basically I was VERBALLY promised many things, in the end, there was written in fine print fees for everything. This company as most large companies these days get you with this deceptive practice. All they have to say is look at your statement, the fine print.
