BEWARE OF THIS MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, OVERPRICED, UNKEPT SH!THOLE.

It i s 10 pm and I am in my room watching a movie and suddenly someone is banging at my hotel room door. It’s the bellman and the guests who had previously stayed in room 616.

They demand entry to search the room for something they have left behind. I am undressed and in bed I thought for the night. I asked for a moment to dress and call the front desk, I shut the door.

I attempt to dress and call the front desk and the bellman begins banging on the door again. The front desk answers after several minutes and is fully aware of this circus their bellman is conducting.

As I am explaining my dissatisfaction in the goings on at my door the person on the other end picks the phone up off the counter makes it clear he has not been listening and has other things to attend to, now understanding the worthlessness of the conversation I end it.

I let the previous guest in after I am dressed and they explain their day in room 616. The toilet had overflowed spilling out nastiness all over the carpet and walls. They had to press to be moved to another room and in their haste to escape the *** flow left an article in the safe. The safe had been cleared and emptied. I am sure they will never recover their item.

When I asked the bellman why he was going to let people in my room he said “we didn’t think you would be in there”. So I know anything I leave in the room is not safe either.

I’m in town for a Saints game. I normally stay in the Hyatt House with no issues. I made last minute plans and Hyatt had no availability so I tried this literal *** hole. NEVER AGAIN!!

PS. The room type “Premium King” denotes a larger room that flanks the elevator shaft. The room shakes like a train is going by every time the elevator passes. BAD DEAL!!
