I ordered & payed for a regular coffee to take away.Before i left i took the lid off to put my sugar in & saw it didn't have any milk in it.At that precise moment i spotted a jug of milk on the counter.I picked it up & a staff member started to drill me to keep away from the milk.I used my initiative to get my money back
