Crust in my pot

I bought your product in Turkey but now I couldnt find Le Cruset shops in Turkey. I have a problem with my pot. How can you help me.

I purchased a Dutch # 26 0500* ** *7 024hg it is a light blue with no change in color from bottom up. Is this normal?

The cover is getting very discolored I am wondering what happen its only hand washed with soap! Its upsetting I love the pot I take great care of it why its losing its color . This happen a year later very upsetting dont mind paying for something but expect it to wash well ! Please tell me what happen I like my pots to look well what should I do to make it look good again never was put in dishwasher only use dish soap

Return of product twice

11/30 -0022**** damaged -called the woman never placed the information for the return. had to call a second time 1/8 cas -181275 returned the chipped teapot received yet another Feb 4 had to call again to be told to take a picture and go through the same thing again. cas 187237gzs4c7 never once did I hear anything in regards to offering me anything for all of my time. my time is $ also. very unhappy with your product and service will never do business with your company again

I purchased a skillet pan item number LS2532-****SS four years ago. The pan was wonderful but in the past year has been burning everything I cook. I have not changed anything I've done with the pan from cleaning to heating. It has been destroying every meal I attempt to cook in it. The food is stuck to the surface and impossible to clean. This pan was not cheap and I have attempted to contact your company multiple times with no response.

its been two months, they never answer their phone. you can't leave a message and they don't contact you about the product.

they take your money knowing they don't have the product and blame it on covit19.

Please do not order from this company. Im out of nearly $400.00 and I have proof of purchase receipt with order number.
