Poor Customer Service

I purchased a Le Creuset Dutch oven for my wife in July, but unfortunately, the color did not match the photos online; it just didn't look as good in person. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I was met with disappointment. They were less than helpful and informed me that if I wanted to exchange it, I'd have to mail it back at my own expense, which would cost between $70 and $100.

Looking for a better option, I was told I could return it to the nearest outlet store for a refund. I did that, and the store gave me a receipt for $0, assuring me the refund was pending. Fast forward 20 days, and the refund is still pending, with the store manager blaming a Microsoft issue. They told me to contact customer service, which turned out to be an even bigger headache. The representative kept interrupting me, and eventually said they'd have to get back to me because they were closing at 3 PM MST!

At this point, I have zero confidence in their ability to resolve this issue. The store manager even suggested I dispute the charge with my bank, which I'm now doing.

While my wife loves Le Creuset products (we have several), I'd recommend buying through Crate and Barrel or finding them secondhand. Dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare. Buyer beware.

I have filed at least 3 times with photos attached and keep getting emails back asking me for photos. I am done.

I will file with BBB and in small claims court for damages and receiving damaged goods. You can figure out how to charge as much as I paid for my first car but not how to provide customer service with any degree of competency. I ordered in last Oct/Nov a cast iron roasting pan with lid never got my promised free pumpkin coquettes and the box was not damaged but the item was damaged so poor quality control at multiple levels.

I made 3 or more orders 2 were missing my free items. And an obviously damaged product was sent to me.

You can forget the BBB. The BBB is NOT part of ANY government or law enforcement entity.

The BBB has absolutely ZERO POWER to force any business to do anything and has ZERO POWER to enforce any laws.

The ONLY purpose of the BBB and all their phony balony is to SELL their FAKE RATINGS. They will take the information you gave them and use it as a sales lead to SELL another FAKE "A+" rating.

Yes,you’re right! BBB is absolutely useless and a joke. An organization that is designed to make an individual feel good as if something is actually going to be done.

Damaged package received 12/12/2023

I received 2 boxes on 12/12/2023 and one item was broken. It was Heritage 2-Piece Square Baking Dish Set for $54.99.

The large dish was shattered. The small dish was fine. Everything else I ordered was fine. I have been trying to get this resolved because it was a gift.

My Invoice ID 0329****. I receivied no papers with my order. I do not know how to return the broken item. I have tried 3 times to send photos of the broken item.

They state they have not received them. I sent photos to Support@***.zendesk.com Santavia Smart. I ordered several items and spent $355.04 I would appreciate your help in getting the shattered dish replaced. My name is Dana Wonn and my cell # 859-338-****.

I would still like to give the gift to the person I bought it for. Thank you Dana Wonn.

The cover is getting very discolored I am wondering what happen its only hand washed with soap! Its upsetting I love the pot I take great care of it why its losing its color .

I purchased a skillet pan item number LS2532-****SS four years ago. The pan was wonderful but in the past year has been burning everything I cook.

I have not changed anything I've done with the pan from cleaning to heating. It has been destroying every meal I attempt to cook in it.

The food is stuck to the surface and impossible to clean. This pan was not cheap and I have attempted to contact your company multiple times with no response.

its been two months, they never answer their phone. you can't leave a message and they don't contact you about the product.

they take your money knowing they don't have the product and blame it on covit19.

Please do not order from this company. Im out of nearly $400.00 and I have proof of purchase receipt with order number.
