I haven't heard anything about my order
Hi,
I wonder why I haven't received any other emails on the purchase I made around 29th November 2024 till date.
I only got confirmation email. Very sad

I haven't heard anything about my order
Very poor customer service! I made a purchase since 29th November 2024 till today 11th of December 2024 I haven't heard anything no tracking number except the confirmation email. Very sad!
Nobody picked up my call and no information on my package. Very sad!
I made the purchase around 29th November 2024 and today is 9th of December 2024 yet no other information apart from my oder confirmation.

Products bought from online the bay. Return policy very bad to be shipped back on my own expenses.
No contact number to reach and discuss the issue. All numbers are not in service .

My problem with le chateau not solved yet.
I paid shipping $14 for 2 shirts cheap quality
All stores return within limited time free.
So for my concern I would like to speak to a responsible person over the phone as also I dont have any contacts for them

Credit card charge but no purchase made
Hello, on June 30th, my credit card was charge for the amount of $54.16. I don't know what this is for as I have not place any order recently.
Please credit back my visa and remove my card from our database so this don't ever happen again!!!!
