They lie about lifetime warranty and 100% customer satisfaction

I've had the unfortunate luck of having a THIRD LD toner cartridge (TN-760) malfunction. The previous two were underfilled and ran out of toner prematurely (I don't print in excess).

Today my printer gave me the message "cannot detect cartridge". I called in to LD to seek advice as to what could be causing the problem. Once I switched the existing cartridge out for a brand new one, the printer worked fine.

The agent (in the Phillipines) put me on hold for a bit, then came back on the line and told me that since your cartridges were not working properly with my printer they would offer me a store credit and suggested I purchase the Brother cartridges instead. I explained that if I wanted the higher priced Brother cartridges, I could get them anywhere, and that it wasn't my printer but just a run of bad luck that the cartridges I've received seem to be defective ones coming in from China.

(The previous replacements I believe all came from my initial purchase.)

I further asked why, since I'm getting a store credit and would likely purchase the same cartridge again, couldn't they just ship one out. That request was refused. I asked to speak with a supervisior, and NO ONE had the decency, professionalism, courtesy (or backbone) to get on the phone and speak with me.

Perhaps they thought I hadn't ordered anything from them since 2020. IF they had bothered to inquire, I would have directed them to a friend's account who'd ordered items for me because of a security entrance issue at my apartment building...

and she was accepting various packages for me to make it easier on me.

Since this company cannot HONESTLY stand up for what they claim to be a 100% satisfaction guarantee with their products and a 100% LIFETIME guarantee (they state BOTH on their website), they've lost me as a customer once I receive the replacement cartridge I'll be ordering through that store credit - which - to add insult to injury takes 1-5 days to receive...and of this writing I'm STILL waiting for...

I'm sorry I'd ever suggested to other people to order from LD. This experience shows me that the company lacks integrity and I'll be suggesting to my friends to take their business elsewhere. I'm further considering making complaints to numerous places to let any and all people know that LD advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a 100% LIFETIME guarantee but subjectively limits these "supposedly" unlimited set of guarantees should somene [like myself] run across a number of defective units.

Additionally, I'm pissed off and angered that their supervisors seem to imply that my printer has incompatability issues with their cartridges, rather than LD admitting that in every containerload they import from China, there's the likelihood that a numer of them will be DEFECTIVE!!!

I'm an honest and forthright Senior Citizen and I've done business with many companies over the years and have ALWAYS been straightforward in my dealings with them.

I DO NOT want "something for nothing", but if something is defective from a company, DON'T FIND EXCUSES TO WEASEL OUT OF YOUR GUARANTEES!

If LD Products can't honor it's commitments, then they should take down from their website those FALSE PROMISES of customer satisfaction!

In communicating with a potential replacement company for toner products I told them of this experience. One of their comments was this:

"We believe customers should not have to spend extra time or money correcting a problem they did not cause."

On 11-29-2022 placed an order for a set of 4 cartridges; lucas the clerk failed to check what he ordered. This was later checked after customer recieved a summary of the order.

Per phcon w/lucas he assured customer he had corrected his mistake. Consequently customer only received partial order. Still missing he yellow cartridge. Informed lucas needed ink to finised job customer was working on.

Unfortunately the job is still open due to not having all the carrtridges to close my job order. Have been attempting to contact customer service for the pass 2 days to no avail.

Just keep getting prompts to hold and finally just disconnects. Need a response from Aaron Leon immediately.

I am experiencing the same problems with LD Products, partial shipment then nothing. I had to purchase toner elsewhere and hope I can get a refund. This is a sign of very poor management at the highest level and an indicator that LD products will not be in business for long without serious changes,

I am having similar issues. They sent me 7of 9 cartridges from a bundle.

When I contacted them, they sent me one of the missing ones about a month later. Now four months since my order was placed, they still have not sent the missing 9th cartridge, despite uncountable emails. They keep stating it's on backorder but their website shows it is in stock.

Now, they are not answering their phones. I think the emails are coming from AI robots.

LD Toner defective 100% satisfaction disatisfied

Purchased toner cartridge from LD Products for HP LaserJet Pro printer . Product was defective as I had purchased three toners at the same time. Called company and they would not acknowledge the defective part and would not replace it.

DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS AT LD PRODUCTS. LD product has on the box 100% satisfaction Guaranteed, but obviously they are not backing up their claim.

No one at the company would accept responsibility so now I am stuck with a paperweight. I am again stating consumers should not purchased products from LD Products as they do not back up their so called 100% satisfaction guarantee.
