Why do you delay refunds?????(
One star because I can't leave no star!! Bought a Rab jacket from this company which turned out to be unsuitable, so returned following all instructions given on their website.
Sent tracked and signed for which they received. I then contacted them to enquire when my money would be refunded only to be told it " takes 14 days over our Xmas period" What??? It isn't the Christmas period it is January 5th! 14 days is a ridiculous amount of time to expect someone to wait for a refund.
This company are quick to take your money and claim to make returns simple but don't actually stand by those claims. AVOID these people and buy from a more professional company .......there are many more out there.
Still waiting for my refund. Date of experience: 05 January 2023
