I purchased very expensive pendant light fixture name the Rachael Pendant. It was advertised as elegant Murano glass at a cost of $434 each.

They shipped a $15 ugly pendant that could have been bought off the shelf at Home depot. There was no acknowledgment that the pendant shipped was the wrong one, they just took the return, and charged me for the shipping plus my shipping back.

Needless to say, they are not to be trusted. Run before they try to pass off something.

I guess they think people won't know the difference.
