I bought a new Montana and they have had it 5 months of the first year. The service department is a joke. On the way home after purchase the lower side blew off. Coming from the mountains my axle separated from the coach. As of today it's still in the shop. Lucky for me it's out of warranty so I can take it to someone else.

Went to trade 6 month old 2016 Rv just purchased for $86,000. Had a signed buyers agreement then the next day upon delivery they said they needed $15,000 more . So I called them a couple months later on unit online sale price $82,000 and when I try to deal with them they say oh now it's $96,000 because of prep work they performed in less than 16 hours. They are a rip off.

They have had our camper for 4 months just to replace a counter top. When asked why or when it will be ready they give non answers or don't return our call. The last time, they gave us a phone number for the manufacturer back east. No help at all. We have cancelled 2 trips and another next week.
I would like to know if parts promised to be replaced when we bought our camper have been ordered and shipped to the wrong address. We were never contacted for a ship to address. I tried calling and emailing with no answers. It's all good until you sign the paperwork.Read more
