Purchased a used American Eagle, the sales experience was great. Treated us like we werespending a million dollars. The problem is the service department, its been almost two weeks and we still havent taken delivery even though we signed all the paperwork. The delvery coordinator is a joke, doesnt keep you informed, blames everyone else for the delay. Wish we had purchased else where - only because of the service departmentRead more

I bought a new Montana and they have had it 5 months of the first year. The service department is a joke. On the way home after purchase the lower side blew off. Coming from the mountains my axle separated from the coach. As of today it's still in the shop. Lucky for me it's out of warranty so I can take it to someone else.

Went to trade 6 month old 2016 Rv just purchased for $86,000. Had a signed buyers agreement then the next day upon delivery they said they needed $15,000 more . So I called them a couple months later on unit online sale price $82,000 and when I try to deal with them they say oh now it's $96,000 because of prep work they performed in less than 16 hours. They are a rip off.

They have had our camper for 4 months just to replace a counter top. When asked why or when it will be ready they give non answers or don't return our call. The last time, they gave us a phone number for the manufacturer back east. No help at all. We have cancelled 2 trips and another next week.

Because everytime you mail us ads we are reminded of our tragic wreck without insurance i have repeatedly requested that you stop sending us ads, and you wont stop!
I made an appointment for service in October and was given a date in November, which I had to cancel due to illness. My new appointment was for January 25, 2017 to speak with my service advisor. I called the two days prior to speak to Christine Coker our service advisor about dropping my rv off the day before our appointment as I was concern about rush hour traffic. When she returned my call she said it was not a problem, to park it in a certain...Read more
I’m a retired 100% disabled veteran who bought a travel trailer from Lazydays RV in Tampa, 26 September 2015 took possession of the travel trailer on the 30th of September 2015. On the 1st of October, I called Lazy days to inform them that I was unable to tow the travel trailer safely due to it being 6'.7" longer than reported. Stickers on the travel trailer show 30’, the sales rep stated 30’, the sales reps paperwork showed 30’, the maintenance...Read more
Well after posting my complaint I first received a call from Co Lazydays, then from Shawn Glasgow in Tampa Lazydays.com. apparently there is was a big communication break down and arrangements to replace the windshield was started. Here it is 1/13/17 and Shawn has my motorhome in the bay at 0845 hrs. To replace the windshield along with apology for being over loaded and the delay in call me to update me. Hopefully by this afternoon we will be on...Read more
My motor-home was purchased from lazydays in Loveland co. and had several things wrong. I was told that upon my return to Florida they would take care of them under the 30 day warranty policy. Well Hello when i returned they gave me the run around until a great man in Loveland, co. got in the picture. then I was given a date to take it in and drop it off. well two weeks later nothing had been done. After several calls some of the work was done...Read more
As a one time employee of Lazy Days, the first message that was conveyed to the customer was" Welcome to Lazy Days - You are important too us." Based on my recent experience in which I inquired about an incoming motor home and others who have submitted negative reviews - apparently that is the first thing the new regime has forgotten. No one took the time to follow up on my request and as a result I purchased a motor home from Le Mesa RV. My...Read more
Without a doubt, Lazydays in Seffner, FL, has the worst customer service department in the world. We took our coach in for what was supposed to be a 5 day maintenance. Turned out to be a 5 week stay. Brought it in for one thing, something else broke, and then, something else broke again. They had to repair scratches in the paint that they put there, they had to repair 2 slides......they managed to break woodwork in the coach. The only way to...Read more
I don't usually submit negative comments but I feel compelled in this situation. We bought a RV 2 years ago from Lazy Days. The price was fair. The whole experience was lukewarm. The sales person did not want to bother with our questions on the operation of RV once the deal was done. Next bad experience was service for replacement of toilet and other service tweeks. Took several months to complete. " Forgot to order parts."I must be a glutton...Read more
