I have not incurred a financial loss since the package was shipped. I did receive the shipment in good condition.

It was confusion for most of the week and being yelled at for asking a question about clear messages on the company's Web page. It would have been a non-issue if those messages had not been posted on their page. I expect to wait a little while while USPS undergoes some changes. The way things were handled by the company is why I left this review and will find a new supplier.

I also learned new information that has me concerned and disappointed in Lazarus.

It was totally unnecessary stress. I hope they choose to use functional software in the future or have a little patience when people call with concerns about false messages.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I received the product in good condition.

USPS for the win. I did not hear anything further from the company.

I checked the tracking to view the status of my order. The company's site indicated there was a problem with my shipment in 2 different locations on their website (2 separate messages, both with different wording, stating there was an issue/failure midway with the shipment).

This was about 6 days after I placed the order. I sent an email and didn't hear back. I called. I am shocked at how angry the customer representative was.

He chewed me out for not looking up the USPS site (which has been at a standstill for days) and not interpreting that as an indication that everything is 'fine.' I said that there were 2 indications from Lazarus that things were NOT fine, and I was calling about that. He also was very loud about the prior day being their busy day and they didn't respond to my e-mail because of that. He said they answered e-mails that day. ???

Ummmm. Apparently, I was supposed to have a crystal ball and NOT supposed to call and ASK how to understand how to get the order. Also, it would appear that this company has $100 in the restroom and no one worries about money, and they can just flush all their extra, unlike me, who does need to watch where I spend things and can't just toss it all in the trash for things I don't receive. It isn't MY fault their website displays false information.

He yelled at ME because I was somehow supposed to know that THEIR website was incorrect and that was somehow MY fault. I should have known better was what he was YELLING at me. People aren't supposed to call and ask questions about the order that is missing, and they are getting error messages from this company. They are just supposed to 'know' that things are 'fine.' Even though USPS hasn't updated their website in 3-4 days, and this site says that things are NOT fine.

BUYER BEWARE. Just flush the money down the toilet.
