Haven't received invoices for wok done
On June 12,2017 I took two Kia Sedona's to have the windscreen replaced and i have not received invoices and authorization documents from Lazarus Kia in Centurion, the contact person for the replacements was Johannes Thantsha at the parts department. Today is July 10th 2017 i still haven't received the documents in spite of making several calls to Johannes who keeps passing the buck to the service department, I have also written to the KIA service experience section without any luck. This is truly disappointing as the organization i represent recently bought seven Kia Sedona's from this dealership, the service received is extremely poor from Lazarus KIA Centurion
