My first ever order that i received in Lazada is also the worst ever experience for me. My items are not getting picked up and they emailed that a courier went to the address but they wasn't able to find my address.

It's a lie because when a courier picks our item, they will text/call us first.

Another thing, the chat representative are a bunch of unhelpful people who are so eager to get a rating but are not making any action on your reports/complains. One example, the CS told me that's it's ok to drop my items to LBC because my pickup courier is not picking up my items, so I went to LBC with my bulky items just to know that it is not allowed! Default reply of a CS, "we will raise this concern and make sure that it is prioritized, please wait for a feedback within 24 hours" but never received anything.

Lastly, they approve pickup request via email, but the courier assigned to my area

said that I don't have any scheduled pickup. They said they will just scan my items on their warehouse but until now, my items are in ready to ship.

I already deactivated my items because they are all heavy and are only allowed for pickup.

It's better to not have any sales than to get a constant headache whenever you receive one.

So far, shopee's system is better, couriers are swift and updated with the pickup schedule. Lazada?

I don't know, im starting to think that they don't care about microsellers like me. They only prioritizes their Lazmall stuff.

Bought an item which I found to be defective, seller initially refused to accept return, I raised a dispute and Lazada found in my favour. Item as return, however after a week I contacted Lazada Thailand to find follow up this case and the refused to assist in refunding the money. They said that the seller has 20 days to investigate and then deiced if they should refund the money. At no point was this mention to me. Customer service would not assist in sorting this out,

I sent back 2 items in the same box both were defective. Tracked and delivery verified. I was asked to send proof to Lazada I sent the tracking reciept by email twice. They asked me again for the same information but twice. In the end I told them to shove it. I deleted the app and put all mail into spam.

Poor Service, prices are high and shipping takes too long

At first i started with load with that i got no issue. Then i started ordering things like clothing, first was the Panda bear 5ft and when i order it, after two weeks there was no information or anything, so i when i called customer service, they see that it was returned and the driver left a message that i decline the order?I was mad because the driver didn't even make it to the destination area and lied and Lazada was ok with it and didn't do any thorough investigation, so i chatted with their customer service over and over again until i got my refund after a month. Second was clothing, third was the items got stuck in their warehouse, so they took it out, pulled it and redeliver it but the item was the wrong size, the driver deliver it first but told my bestfriend the receiver that he will come back because it was the wrong item, the next day he came back but it was the wrong size. Lazada didnt do anything with it. Didn't even tried to reach me at my cp number or email. Like once those seller post items in their websites , then they don't care at all. Their service is just so poor, and they should put customer first. Without customer this business is nothing.

My refund was issued to lazada wallet and withdraw it through LBC but until now there’s no remittance number that lazada should send on email or sms and the status of my withdraw was already successful...... I choose to withdraw the money cuz i’m so stressed from receiving fake products but the withdraw process was more stressful

Feel cheated by Lazada

I helped my elderly friend to open a Lazada account and order a Mi Purifier, which was paid but never received. Received only a small pack including a power socket converter and an email status stating that the order was delivered! Despite many emails, tentative call to their customer service (answering machine only) and tentative chat through website (only in Thai...), we did not receive any reply from Lazada and feel cheated after having paid more 9,500 Bahts for a converter only. What to do next? Police report? Legal advise? Contact news papers and media to prevent other Lazada potential customer to be cheated?

Customers' service - live chat?!!!

Don't ever believe that there any customers' service. It is only rhetoric and words - action: ZERO. Live chats - no one reply. Better rename to "Dead chats" or "No chats"
