To sellers: Don't trust Lazada's pickup service
My first ever order that i received in Lazada is also the worst ever experience for me. My items are not getting picked up and they emailed that a courier went to the address but they wasn't able to find my address.
It's a lie because when a courier picks our item, they will text/call us first.
Another thing, the chat representative are a bunch of unhelpful people who are so eager to get a rating but are not making any action on your reports/complains. One example, the CS told me that's it's ok to drop my items to LBC because my pickup courier is not picking up my items, so I went to LBC with my bulky items just to know that it is not allowed! Default reply of a CS, "we will raise this concern and make sure that it is prioritized, please wait for a feedback within 24 hours" but never received anything.
Lastly, they approve pickup request via email, but the courier assigned to my area
said that I don't have any scheduled pickup. They said they will just scan my items on their warehouse but until now, my items are in ready to ship.
I already deactivated my items because they are all heavy and are only allowed for pickup.
It's better to not have any sales than to get a constant headache whenever you receive one.
So far, shopee's system is better, couriers are swift and updated with the pickup schedule. Lazada?
I don't know, im starting to think that they don't care about microsellers like me. They only prioritizes their Lazmall stuff.
