No one ever acknowledged numerous emails or chat request. This particular service does nothing to help solve the problem.

It only asks if problem was solved. Layla customer service is quite poor.

Wondering why our order was refunded. We did not ask for a cancellation. You claim that you tried to contact us, but I do not see a missed call.
