Missing item
I have purchased a kids tractor and making payments to yourselves .I have not received the item mentioned .I have been in contact with the company and they are blaming the carrier company .I have been in touch with ArrowXL and they have no details of the delivery .So could you tell me who you paid the money too I am going to have to go elsewhere its my grandsons birthday on wed I need it before then plus I dont want to be paying for something I havent got plese can you help me thank you

Temporarily suspended
My acct has been running fine then out of the blue my acct gets temporarily suspended after really struggling to find away to contact them I get a msg through after no response after three emails I finally get one. She asks me to send a bill with address on. She told me the wrong address was in acct she wont let me have what address is in there unless I give her my date of birth mobile no and part of my card no but I dont feel this is very secure and I do not trust this can anyone help

Refund wasn't refunded
I made an Amazon purchase through laybuy,this never went through as Amazon said it was declined but laybuy still charged me! I paid over £100 to laybuy for a purchase I have never received I have been constantly emailing laybuy who were getting back to me untill they wanted proof which I provided now the don't answer my emails I'm absolutely livid with this company I have been with them for over 2 years aswell I feel ripped of and let down Hence the 1 star review for everything!!! Proof of Amazon saying it was cancelled also all the unresponded emails

Well I tried to pur have a fridge freezer through amazon paying with laybuy but it came up check payment detail an issue so I tried agin and still a issue so I cancelled the fridge freezer, but when I went into my bank I have had à first instalment take and my laybuy is down £500 and it has not been put back in yet as the item was cancelled straight away so I should not have been charged

My sister is having the same problem with an Amazon purchase using laybuy could I ask how you resolved it please because she’s not having any response from laybuy. The order has been cancelled but laybuy are still taking payments
Hiya I just got it sorted today I had to get Amazon to phone me and told them everything and they sent me an email to states that I Amazon did not get charged for the item and I went back to laybuy and went through complaint and its a message app thing and they got back to me quick and they refunded it all, but I phoned my bank and put a block on laybuy and also a dispute so they will give me the money and they go through the company, my dispute with bank is still open as I phoned the bank back and they said they will keep it open until till I actually receive the money into my account, hope this helps and I hope your sister gets it back.
