I purchased a phone ring from LAX Gadgets, but the adhesive didn't hold, and my new Iphone fell, shattering the entire back. I had to buy a new phone after just 2 days.
LAX Gadgets offers a link for customers to contact them, which I have now filled out 4 times, but they never respond back. Since their product was faulty, I requested that they pay for my new phone, which is actually a fraction of it's original cost.
Still no contact from them. They do not care or stand behind their products.
