I signed up for a lawyers online membership to ask questions and no one calls you or email you back . and no one answers your questions

I signed up for lawyers.com membership of $29.00 and I received 2 emails with lawyers to contact in the phone after I paid my subscription.
I contact on the phone one lawyer
And the receptionist told me cannot help me with questions about my case ( landlord/tenant )
I called second lawyer and the receptionist told me I would be called back . 3 days have passed and nobody call you or email you back .
I just had questions on the phone or I was looking to ask questions online to proceed myself with legal advice on my rights before o proceed with an eviction .
I contact lawyers.con by email and no answer .
Im requesting a reimbursement and cancellation of this membership that is a scam . Nobody calls you back or email you back with legal advice or to answer questions.

I was used by Ameren of Illinois
I had Ameren where I lived before and their gas module went bad and it took them five months to realize this then they gauged me with a bill in February and they took my deposit certificate away from me to pay for this and still owe them money they won't look into this for me so I can't get service where I currently live
