Product tasted awful and did not do what was promised. Contacted Jonathan C. at customer service for instructions for Product return.per their instructions. I received a confirmation of product delivery/return.
Product was returned 4/1/18 in 1 box that contained 2 cases of Liquid Steel with 12 bottles of product in 1 case and 9 bottles in the other. Tried 3 bottles on different days. If the product worked I might have put up with the bad taste. Product cost was $91.42 and I only received a refund of $39.13.
Balance still owed $52.29. 2 Phone calls and 1 E-Mail to customer service and 2 E-Mails to owner of company.
Owner of company never responded. Customer service could not explain the reason for the short amount of refund.
