Tech Parked At Mailbox for 10 minutes Then Put Bill in Box...No Service.

Received a bill in my mailbox showing service for that day. Because I was home all day, I never saw anyone servicing my property.
I looked at my Ring Doorbell App and at the time the bill stated the tech arrived, I saw the Lawn Doctor Truck pull up to my mailbox. I watched the video and saw that the truck stayed for 11 minutes, the tech put the bill in my mailbox and then took off. I called the office and was told by the manager that Ring Doorbells are not reliable and the tech that said he serviced my property is the best he has. I sent the manager the video but did not hear from him.
I wrote to the corporate office and they gave me the same excuse. I am in shock that with the video in hand and watching this tech sit at the mailbox for 11 minutes then take off is the new bar of service for this company, I think anyone considering this company and Lawn Doctor itself should go elsewhere.
To add insult to injury, they wanted to send the same tech that scammed me out to service my property...that' like inviting the bank robber to come back and make a withdrawal. Don't walk away from these folks, RUN

Very bad service

contracted with Lawn Doctor for weed control last full 2021 had 4 spraying and fertilizing in the spring of 2022. sprayed every 6 weeks for weed control and in the spring 2022 never did the fertilizing and it is June!
The same weeds came back in May that was sprayed for in 2021. Can't get a manager or supervisor to call me back

Terrible service scam

Trees and grass I had to call over and over to get them to finally come.
