Sent you an email on our problem and them was recommended to take it to a certified law boy repair and now need to get reimbursed for the warranty work done. The receipt and the problem and pictures are also being sent.

The main problem was a factory defect when it was put together. The picture shows choke linkage was put on backwards and you can see on the choke linkage the wear from where it was.

I purchased a self propelled electric start walking mower from HD. The battery lasted 3 years.

A replacement was nearly impossible to locate. LB was no help. I tried all the local vendors with no luck. Batteries plus Bulbs in Chandlee Az gave me the numbers for 3 US companies that would carry them.

Digital Key was the one I called. Not only did they know what I wanted but sold me 2 for less than I could have bought 1 if I was able to find one through LB.

I need a part the ignition coil it an older machine but still in good condition except this part which needs replacing and seems unavailable is this planned so I by another or is there another more rational reason. Is it you just don't support your products? How about adding to your advertisement not that your machine last for ever and there still working but rather we only support machine up to X age and tough for those who expected more.

I bought a Lawnboy mower from Home Depot. I took it home and after 15 minutes of use oil started streaming down the front.

I took it back to Home Depot and they seem surprised that I expected them to do something. They finally gave me the address for a repair shop (60 km round trip). I bought it August 2016 and now in May 2017 it is still in the shop. I paid the repair shop $60 to assess if its warranty.

I have been to Home Depot four times and to the repair shop 3 times.

In vehicle travel and repair shop cost I now have about $650 into a mower that I used for 15 minutes. Based on reading Home Depots track history on customer support and Lawnboy's history I'm now going to cut my loses and walk away.

lawn boy mod 10730 quit starting after 13,5 mo of less then avg use. checked spark plug - ok, air filter ok, buying new gas every 5-6 weeks. oil level is good. just doesn't start.

Cust servise refered me to local yokel, and its a slow process, not happy w/ thos lawn boy at all.

mower itself does a good job at cutting / mulching grass when working ((

Gear box broke on lawnboy walk behind mower/tried to get repaired at shops under warranty. All summer delay- expressed they (repair shops) did not like warranty work due to delay in getting payment from lawnboy company.

Company no help on parts, or labor am currently doing the work myself. Called company representative, they were not nice at all and felt angry that I even called.

They offered no help in paying for the part or nor did they advise me where to get the part. It seems to totally voids the warranty that they seem so proud of while not backing it at all.
