I just tried to use my points and when I put the number in it didnt work so I tried to contact the customer service department but they dont have a phone number or any way to email them and Im not computer savvy so I prefer a phone call or even a text would work. This is one of the worst customer service issues Ive ever experienced and I definitely wont be shopping with this company again although I do want my points back that were obviously stolen from me. Really bad experience
