Law Society of Ontario

The Law Society of Ontario is the law society responsible for the self-regulation of lawyers and paralegals in the Canadian province of Ontario. Well let me tell you..

they are so biased that they will do nothing. I was in a dispute with a landlord which was totally justified and their paralegal out of London Ontario was the rudest most obnoxious person I have ever dealt with, and I used to work for a crown attorney's office. She in a private meeting with witnesses called me a F#$$% B$%^& which was not only heard by her 3 witnesses but a whole lobby of people, who actually approached me and told me what was said. This paralegal after I confronted her with what she said tried her darnedest to speak with me again albeit now she is very sheepish.

I refused to talk to her and then made a formal complaint to the Law Society. It took 5 months or so for me to get a reply from the Law Society that they were looking into it and over a year before they refused sent a letter stating that they would not discipline her. They brought up the case with which we were all there for and this had nothing to do with the case at all. This was in a private meeting, and conduct at the hearing had absolutely nothing to do with where and how she spoke to me.

The Law Society as far as I know did not speak with the witnesses, they certainly didn't speak with mine, and utterly refused to do anything about it. Well if that is the way they treat a legitimate and guilty person that is a member of their society without proper investigation other then speaking to this paralegal who put her own spin on things, and out and out lied saying she never said it.... then the Law Society is a waste of our time and money. I don't know who this paralegal thinks she is, but after speaking with many in the law profession, her name is now out there.

If you want to know the name of the landlord and the paralegal I will be more then willing to give it to you. I detest a liar more then anything and she out and out lied, but the Law Society doesn't care.... just a bunch of idiots in my opinion which is obvious by allowing this person to represent anybody never mind giving answers to a complaint that have absolutely nothing to do with the complaint.

Keep up the swearing Law Society... sooner or later it will reflect on how useless you are.
