They have not contacted us as far as the phone calls but they do continue to leave threatening messages on her phone

Was recieved a letter to me about the balance of my cochlear implant bill I got the surgery from OSU in columbus ohio in 2012, still paying them around 25 to 50 dollars a month depending on my paycheck. They were fine with my pay rate when I have other things to pay.
but When I got a letter of my remaining balance of $400 dollars, I decided to take out a loan from my 401k of 9 years at meijers to pay it off..... next thing they told me theres still a remaining balance on the other mail they sent me the next day of $1,200 dollars...... Why not send out a combined bill on one paper instead of getting one person dream of paying the bill off without cheating on spliting the pay!?! 
When I finally will pay this off with my ohio tax being offset and my other 401k loan is takened out along my federal tax, this will be paid off for good and I will ask to get copy of payment and agreement to close payment.
If not, I will sue.I hate these lawyers. except the one that helped my family.

Tell them not to call you and have Grandma do the same. Complain to the Bar Association of the states where they practice.

OSU meets & is mated by this office
I continue receiving sporadic often cryptic contacts from them identifying as clinic A/R agents to whom I allegedly owe outstanding funds. Concerning: My recurrent attempts to contact them at numbers they left have commonly been unsuccessful despite intermessage verifications.
Not good: I fully paid all clinic bills but continue getting probing/phishing calls from people stating work with that office then asking/demanding personal- & billing data known already to legitimate clinic affiliates.
Bad: Clinic Patient Accounts effectively denied knowing about/affiliation with that office then suggested this may be fraud when asked ago. Worse: I contacted OH State Bar Association but was unable to verify this LPA, whose name is on these "Law Offices", also had a Law degree.

It’s not a scam. You obviously owe a student loan debt and that is why they are calling. I called back and they helped me get mine sorted!
