- - Moved Maine to Tennessee in 2020 with Express Movers (NJ); fees paid upfront; delivery delayed.
- - Belongings missing or held; civil court action planned.
in 2020 we moved from maine to tennessee, using express movers out of new jersey. all fees were paid before we left, they told us they would deliver in 3 days, 3 weeks later and over 2000.00$ as they haggled and held out belongings hostage, i contact Michael Garcia , sending copies of all paper work .
even the forged moving expenses i never saw or sighted, he comes back with conflict of interest, ok no problem. come to find out he covers for these dirtbags and theres been no response from express movers or michael garcia law . ive contacted the FMCSA only to find out hes running that also in some compasity . so every thing just goes away, imagine that!
so along with the theft off our money , the list is extensive of missing items, so needless to say its going to court very shortly. not small claims either, it will be civil
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: don’t go with express movers out of new jersey or seek help from michael garcia law in san diego california as he’ll cover for these leeches
