I worked for mister Romano for 4 months with his horrible horrible management team, Mr. Romano doesn't know whats going on half the time

Don't even think of asking your supervisor for help or dare to ask a question because your not sure about something as the supervisor are outside with the general manger smoking.

There is no management in this place can't communicate with your co-workers, you can't take breaks your being watched liked your in prison with all the Carreras around. I was fired don't know why I asked for a reason of my termination I got it wasn't a fit. I will take the skills I learned there and move on if u want a job where u can grow and have sercurity this is diffenly not the place to work. Romano law firm is a place to get some experience and move on they fire people more then I change my underwear.

Nobody knows what there doing. The only people I feel bad for are the clients.

This company has poor public relation skills they terminate more people then they can hire. They never notify you when you ar reassigned a new attorney or paralegal.

Oh don't expect to speak to anybody other then the operator. Yeah they give you diect numbers to call but you only get a voicemail and no return calls. This place sucks and I see why people are complaining about them. Your workers compensation cases are bounced around to different people who can't continue where the last person left off at.

The social security department is the worse to ever deal with. They lie they lack expertise in this field. you're better off doing the application yourself.

Joseph A Romano is a circus clown. He babbles about how they want to help you but you never get to speak to your attorney this clown needs to be fired too.

Since I hired them 2 years ago for a simple case they have done nothing correctly . They managed to send me the wrong forms misspelled my name with the workers comp board , sent me another clients form with there name and social security info , had a different lawyer at each hearing who all seem to be ill prepared and my favorite was the last one they sent was hungover and reeked like alcohol.

I find myself having to fax items to the workers comp board myself .

I am very close to suing them for malpractice. Do yourself a favor and avoid them Alltogether.

I hired them to handle my worker comp case, I had several major surgeries. Should of been a easy case, I only hired them so I would not have to do the leg work getting DR reports ect. Well the so called law office of Joseph A Roman, did nothing I did every thing from getting reports to making calls. They only created stress.

FYI you only get para leagles no lawyers untill night before hearings or case.

And he knows nothing about your case. Warning do not use them.
