Beatrice and her team,… the incompetent Murphy, a negligent, rude, unprofessional character.
A Truly Padder. Murphy provided multiple reckless advices against an already outlined matter in a marital settlement agreement. He constantly underperformed and proved a high degree of incompetence during the hearings. In order to generate more legal bills and ultimately to boost his income Murphy decided to send an unnecessary subpoena.
Murphy produced documents containing Social Security Numbers in clear text. The documents were sent by email, by mail and by fax. Murphy not only demonstrated gross negligence and incompetence but also lack of knowledge in document handling, Murphy’s misconduct incidents are currently reviewed not only by the State Bar of California but also by the Social Security Administration Office of the Inspector General Allegation Management and Fugitive Enforcement Division. Murphy is an extremely dangerous person to work with.
If you want your Social Security Number all over the internet, if you want attorney bills in excess of 40K ($40,173), if you are looking for a NO results letters writer, so Murphy is your guy.
