Alex Berlin Law office was Inefective did nothing extraordinary
This post was in haste and Alex Berlin did everything within his power to resolve any issues pertaining to workers compensation case. They did not physically sit on there thumbs. This was an opinion and only an opinion.
I was referred to the Law Offices of Alex Berin for a workers compensation claim. This Law office basically sat on their thumbs and waited for the insurance company to dictate what, in their eyes, was fair compensation.
After being off work for over 9 months my bills have stacked up and the insurance company offered a weekly payment plan that would expire after a certain amount of weeks for a permanent injury that will last a lifetime.
This law firm didn't keep me informed whatsoever! I had to call and get updates and several times not getting through to attorney.

Why?Are you requesting that this person phone your office at this time? Why?Did you not correspond with this client before it got to this point.People listen.Everything THAT GLITTER IS NOT GOLD.Case Closed.
I'm a client also for about 4 months already. And have not heard from then once.
Since the day I signed papers for r them to represent me. Not once heard anything so that why I decided look into this. Cause of how I feel about not hearing from them at all. Have had serval appointments.
And they have not called and asked me anything at all. I have been in form by letter from insurer and doctors about my case.
And nothing from Alex Berlin law office.
If you are smart you will fire him now he will sit on your case till the very end & do nothing. Now my case is out of date.....
He lost my case for me. He does not even read thruogh paper work sent to him...
I've been practicing law for the past 19 years and during that time I handled well over 6,500 cases. Never the less we take complaints very seriously, unfortunately, the rules of professional conduct do not allow us to discuss a client's specif case or details in a public forum without the client's permission, however, the statements by this individual are simply false and inaccurate.
I understand that he or she was not satisfied with the way the Workers' Compensation system operates, but to place the blame on his or her attorney is simply intellectually dishonest. The case was handled in a professional and prompt manner. The client has already received his or her settlement.
The client obviously does not understand how the system works and rather than making an effort to understand it, he or she feels it is easier to blame someone for it. I urge any current or potential client who has a question or issue to call my office and make arrangements to meet with me face to face and decide for yourself.
