William Behrndt is a very respected and competent attorney that has been practicing law successfully in california for about 18 years not to mention he is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey where he earned his law degree from the University of Rutgers.
There have been several slanderous remarks made about this attorney by a single person posing as many. This was something that had been recently discovered.
As a member of his team I can vow that not one of those postings have any validity to them at all. William has never been involved in any misconduct and or any of the atrocities he is being accused of by again...a single person with a desire to hurt and destroy an individual. Though her efforts have fallen short, it must be mentioned that any person with such a hunger for deciet and slander must be an individual that has deep burden of hate within them. It must be incredibly hard being this person who lives there lives just loathing.
They must feel very ugly about themselves. I write this report because I don't feel it's correct to spread vicious lies about someone that are not even close to being the truth. Mr. Behrndt has never been anything but eithical and respectful to his clients.
He goes over and beyong to help them with their delicate matters. He does this with sensitivity and always delivers the right outcome for his clients. I have even seen articles forged by same person about Bill as Bill. Bill would never comment on these forums.
He doesnt waste his time playing with the tots that are creating all this ridiculous rhetoric. Do yourself a favor...just stop it already. Your only embarrasing yourself and confirming what you really are. You should really go to church and stop pretting that your a God loving person.
Maybe you should actually be one.
Atleast you wouldn't be what you are now. That thing you are so ashamed of.
Is this *** still in business? I guess Behrndt got done with scamming women in Orange County and has now moved on the Riverside County. Probably won't be long before complaints start rolling in there too.

I am a single mom and went in december 2011 to william behrndt to grt help with a collection of my child support. He made an appointment for me at his office in 1110 roosevelt irvine. I thought it was unusual to meet at 6pm and he had me go upstairs for consultations. I explained my situation and that I was owed over $5500 of back support. he said he would help me. so I wrote him a check for $500 to start the case.
then in was around 7 pm and the receptionist had left so it was dark. He offered to walk me to my car. I first thought he was being nice but then he started groping me and then exposed himself right there in the parking lot.. I was shocked and confused. He then appologized and tore up the check. I thought that would be it but he started calling me at night. It was horrible. I eventually threated to call the police. but then one day i saw him in his car outside my apartment and he was masterbating..
I was so embarrassed I called the Police and they were there in 5 minutes. I drove by his office and it was now vacant with an eviction notice for Baron & Behrndt to leave and a warrant from the sherrif's office. I don't know where he is hiding but the police are looking to question him. His phone is disconnected and he must be hiding.
I am scared and being a single woman living alone it is frightening. do not meet this *** anywhere if you are young and female.
UPDATE ON WILLIAM C BEHRNDT:
According to the State Bar of New York and New Jersey, William C Behrndt III has been disbarred and is not allowed to pratice law in those states. California has similar charges pending.

I was a young female student a Rutgers and had the unfortunate opportunity to meet Bill Behrndt when he was a student. he constantly harrassed women and was mostly drunk on weekends. he and his buddies would be up all night looking for "***" as would call it.
I don't think he has changed and I would not be surprised to know if he is in trouble now.
This *** will never leave us alone.

Behrndt has to advertise on a complaints website just shows you what a loser he is. he doesn't pay his landlords either and was evicted from five orange county locations in the past three years!
I have seen Bill Behrndt in the courthouse in orange and he spends most of his time on the cell phone trying get laid. he sleeps during the trials and turns important issues over to others. I saw him try to come on to the court clerks on several occasions.
I would definately not recomend this disgusting *** He has a reputation for harrassing women who will not sleep with him. He screws up cases and sleeps through trials.
He has moved his office 4 times in the past 2 years and is not a reliable person.
hire someone honest and safe if I were you!!!
