Scott Rose Should Be Disbarred. This Attorney is a Danger to Children
- - Claims Rose, a Best Interest Attorney, submitted false court reports and hid information.

For the safety of children Scott Rose need to be disbarred, and place out of business. In order to put this man out of business, go to The California State Bar website, and fill out a complaint form with your story.
I have mailed my complaint, but the more complaints filed the faster we can put this man out of business. Scott Rose was appointed as the Best Interest Attorney to my daughter 10 years ago. The Best Interest Attorney is suppose to report to the court what could jeopardize the best interest of the child. In the past 10 years Scott Rose submitted 3 reports to the court with false lies to make me look bad.
I sent Scott Rose 40 emails reporting to him things that extremely violated the best interest of the child and Scott Rose deliberately kept this information from the court. This is called Colluding and is extremely unethical. If Scott Rose would have told the courts the truth, I would have had full custody of my daughter 10 years ago. Due to Scott Rose hiding evidence from the court, I have been completely cut out of my daughters life.
This man should be put in jail for what he has done to my child and I. The thought of another child going through what my daughter and I have experience breaks my heart. Please submit your complaint, and put a stop to Scott Rose working with anymore children.
Read the Family Codes and it will open your eyes to the truth. The courts and people like Scott Rose will break all the rules to make money.

There needs to be negative stars because this is an extremely unprofessional law office. I called with questions regarding a problem I had will a bill they sent me and charging me incorrectly.
The woman was rude. Even though I NEVER once raised my voice or used inappropriate language, I was hung up on. When I called back and asked to speak to her supervisor, she refused and said I needed to let her talk. I told her I was done speaking to her and that I wanted to speak to the office supervisor, she said you have to let me talk.
When I told her I didn't want to speak to her, she hung up on me again.
If this is how their staff treat you, can you imagine how the law office will treat it's clients.
Stay Away!!!
