i sought out services of silva law based upon some yelp reviews I found. I needed assistance regarding a basic adoption proceeding. Merely straight forward paperwork at most. Silva law charged me over the top fees. i found errors in the billings. However, I am the type of person who avoids conflict whenever possible, and my partner as well. you see we are a LGBTQ couple. we were set on adopting our child... planned for YEARS and finally our chance had arrived! we were about to give a child a safe and loving home Raquel silva made some comments that made my partner and I feel extremely un comfortable. She asked Several times "why someone like me" would want to adopt a child asking personal questions such as "which bathroom do i use?" and if i planned to raise the child we are adopting as "*** or straight" in the end her true personality showed when she said "queers like us shouldn't have children and that we should be locked away" and that we are "perverted individuals" I was deeply offended and hurt by these derogatory and slanderous statements in davis, and in this day and age I really thought it not possible to hear such terrible remarks from someone who apparently i am paying to help me. Ive had to since higher a different lawyer and still have not gotten the legal rights for the child my LGBTQ partner and I wanted to adopt. I feel with all of my heart that raquel silva did this deliberately Even as I write this rip off report, im brought to tears , so hurt by her cold words and cold heart.

Raquel, you can keep your cold cash if its what makes you feel better.

WE WILL adopt our child and try to shield her from Haters such as yourself.

I hope you take a long hard look at yourself and your behavior.

It breaks my heart that i even need to be writting this. But people need to know the truth

and not just the LGBTQ community but anyone facing the challenges of adoption
