How can I get into the group of people if I had a bad experience with the attorney?

I find it hard to believe that all those "20 reviews" are made by just one person or even 5.

Just the fact that the attorney who is clearly upset because the clients he has stolen money from and tried to screwed up is taking the time to write fake positive reviews here makes us believe even more about these negative reviews that were exposed by your own clients.

There is absolutely no way that all of your clients would be extremely satisfied, that doesn't happen in any industry so yourself tying to cover up something that could be normal, makes you look even worse!

This is the equivalent of a retail store writing and defending themselves against all of their complaints and claiming that they are all coming from one "disgruntled" customer.

Just because one of your clients decides to write a honest review anonymously, doesn't mean they don't exist!

I was one of your clients and I can testify that you have been the worst attorney I have ever dealt with.

Perhaps if you weren't stealing, insulting and threatening families, you wouldn't have so many upset customers, their relatives and friends reporting your astrocities.

My name is John and I also didn't like his service. I'm glad that more and more people that have been abused by him, are coming forward and letting other people know about their bad experience with this bad attorney.

The trap about making us believe he is a decent Attorney, but we wouldn't expect much from someone who graduated from Novak and insult his customers, and even prospect clients.

People, this is not about a single client or two complaining about Jonathan's atrocities and nasty behavior off the court, but numerous clients and former clients who have decided to let other know the kind of person he is.

I recently used him in my divorce. I couldn't be happier. He and his staff are great. They are always accessible by phone or email.

He even gave his cell # for emergencies. I would recommend Mr.

Wald to anyone needing an aggressive, smart and compassionate family law attorney.

My friend used to work for him and he was always paying her late, didn't want to pay for her vacations and basically used her to do all of his work!

Without her paralegal he is just an ignorant ***.

He kept instigating for my ex husband and I to keep fighting in Court even though I told him i did not want to.

I guess Jonathan Wald is now threatening to sue the people who are writing their bad service received by him and his office. What he doesn't know is that this would eventually upset the public for him trying to oppressed the truth and facts of his own negative actions towards other people.

But the voice of the people would not be silenced specially when he continues to steal from people and destroy lives!

Hundreds of people are now aware and throughout the country and even world wide the whole State of Florida would be aware of how nasty this person is.

He can try to stop one or two people but he can't stop us all!

If you want to lose your money, be treated with disrespect and never hear from him after you give him money, then Jonathan Daniel Wald is your guy. Otherwise, don't even bother calling his office; its only run by him and one Paralegal, so that right there it says that if it takes 5 cases at the time or even 3 cases, he will not be able to perform as you may want to.

With that i mind since he can't handle that many cases at the time, he has to keep charging his clients every 3 weeks and asking for more money when your deposit runs out for minor things like Submitting a 'Motion for Contempt' that can be done in 10 minutes an it gets submitted via e-file to the Court.

He goes lying to all of his customers saying.. "Well this is a very complicated case, we have to read this paperwork and prepare and then respond and that will take some serious time" but in reality he uses the same old 'motion for contempts', Notices of Hearing, cross- motions and all legal paperwork that have been used through his previous cases and then just modifies them a little bit to simply match your situation and then wants to charge you $1,000 for it!

Seriously I wouldn't mind if he was an honest man, but very dirty person that does not care about anyone else but himself and money.

I'm not surprised by the other negative truthful reviews found in here and all over the Internet about him and I can assure you that this review is truthful and I was one of his clients.

Bad bad bad Attorney; I just asked him last week to withdraw from my case because he was not providing the results I needed. Any positive reviews you may read are obviously written by him or his one and only paralegal that basically does all the work for him. Don't be fooled!!

I've been a client of Mr. Wald since 2005.

He's an EXCELLENT attorney. He represented me in my divorce, in other family law matters, some business matters also. I can't say enough. He knows the law, cares about his clients, is efficient and fair.

He is as honest as they come.

He's AMAZING in the courtroom and gets results at an affordable price.

I'm glad that I read this! He sound a bit fishy to me, so I decided to search for reviews first.

I guess they don't teach morals in law school because Wald lacks of of it big time. Also, He tries to take so many cases at the same time that he is not able to handle them properly. Nova degree and education dont cut it; that's for sure.

All these posts seem to be written by the same pathetic person. The way a person writes (especially a person with bad grammar) is like a fingerprint.

All the unnecessary semi-colons are a dead give away on most of the posts.

I have used Wald myself and I always get a response, if not from him, from his assistant or paralegal. They all we knowledgeable on my case and I could ask any of them on status or basic questions.

Really bad Attorney. Do not even bother because he would never call or follow up on your case once you have gave him money. I don't about these other reviews...but from my personal experience; I wouldn't hire him again!

I hired Jonathan Wald few months ago, and I provided him with tons of paperwork about my case, I sent him several emails giving him information about how to win my case, but it happens that during the final trial, he never brought any of it, and we lost the case.

I feel that my money was basically thrown in the garbage!

Really bad experience with Jonathan D Wald. A rookie at its best.

He had no idea about the Statutes and Case laws during our case, he just goes with the flow. He also was very friendly with me and flirted with me on several occasions; really bad for a bald man who has bad breath. MY RECOMMENDATIONS are to just find a more respectful and professional Attorney for your family case.
