Services are often down, Customer Service is 0, can't get through on the phone, hours for the branch are way down, never open when I can go. Write an e-mail without response.
I have been with this bank since Scotia sold to them. I should have left back then.

Resolved: System down
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I am frustrated with your system not working since Saturday. I can not make any deposits at my guichet. Also I can not do online banking.
Very disappointed!
