Very disappointed in my recent experience with this shop.
I have been looking for a new car repair shop and I thought I found one. The first few times was really nice or at least I thought they were. Now I have no idea.
They might have been overcharging and making up stuff the whole time.
I am now in the look out for another repair shop.

Terrible customer service and warranty
Sold me a $500 battery that went bad in a month and have refused to do a warranty on it since I sold the car. I was hung up on when I called in and have had nothing but attitudes anytime Ive called with a concern.
I do not recommend that anyone brings their vehicle here. They let me call about my battery warranty for months before finally saying they will not warranty it and ignoring my calls.

Plus he never replace the part he says he did..Took it to Johnny Londoff. I learned he never did replace the part .
I got the part he was supposed to have replaced.
Than he told me I was showing my ignorance, because I ask for my money back.I am a 72 year old black female..I don't have that kind of money to just give away..

Laurenti_ Automotive, in Florissant MO.
I wanted him to check to see why my engine light was on , and see if he could fix it..He charged me $75.00 for the diagnosis test and told me I needed a EVAP vent valve.
He told me he would fix it for $375.00
I paid him . I took my truck home ,the next day the light came back on. I took it back. He turned the engine light off again and told me to drive about 60 miles..I drove 150 miles.
The light came back on again..This happen about 5 times. I kept taking it back ..I asked for my money back ..
He told me I had to prove my EVAP valve was bad..in order to get my money back.
I paid him to fix my engine light..and he charged me $75.for for a diagnostic test ,.
Now he wants me to prove he put in a bad EVAP vent valve..or I won't get my money back..This is just a way for him to get over and keep your money..I'm on a fixed income..
What make him feel he can just take people money for nothing..Is this the way he treats all ladies or just. Me..?
Because he figure I'm 72 years old an can't nothing.,,, ,?
