Horrible service Lies,deception property treated and damaged no respect for a person's home.
I am a home owner and had a horrible experience with them. The employees damaged alot of personal items, and of course no one ever issued a report of the mistakes. I hired them because Allstate recommended them. They sub contracted Mario &Sons, not a single thing which was not much was done in incorrectly. I am very close to filing a lawsuit against them. Its gone on for a year. Actually longer. We have had Allstate for over 30 years never have we had any issues until now. We had a house fire, the best policy for our home. Allstate gets their money on time,but the constant games that Laurens and Allstates adjusters have been doing, this should not have cost anything out of pocket expense, but all the games and delays from paying us back is always promised we wait and wait and nothing. Then calling again. We get nimbilets little here little there in the mean time our house still is incomplete!

Missing items - Should have gone with someone else.
Hired after a flood. Tools went missing from the wear house. Inflated clean up costs. Should have gone with someone else. Dealt directly with the owner, Jonathon, and my State Farm agent. Lauren assured me they would restore my tools, but after I signed the contract, they did less then mediocre job on them. They keep jamming up and are worthless. They might have worked when they tested them, but the water damage was extensive and its been a few months now and I they are not good for parts. I will have to replace them and the cost is on me. They made a lot of promises, but delivered on only over inflated costs which my insurance covered. I should have gone with someone with more expertise. They claim they know what they are doing, but they dont tell you that the restoration is only for looks and nothing more.

Laurens Restoration Water Damage Restoration Review
These people came out to my house for a flooded basement and wanted full cash payment up front, even though I had not received the money to pay for the emergency from my insurance. Don't call these guys if you need emergency help. I called Paul Davis Restoration and they got us taken care of and waited till the insurance paid.

Items missing and damages
I talk to Keith White about my missing and damage items, all he does is email me back with a smart comments. All I want is my items replace. My furniture came back still smelling like smoke from fire. Also all tight of nicks on my bedroom furniture, living room tables, dinning room furiture, a cut on my ottamam. He tells me he never seen so many nick in 19 years. Many items came up missing. As they brought my items in, they never told me that my items was damage, they was hiding damage items. I am so disappointed.

Flood clean-up
This company is the worst to deal with. They are very conning and dishonest. They will come into your house and start working without any OK from the owner. When you tell them to stop, they just keep going and refuse to quote a price. The owner is a complete ***. He doesn't know how to deal with people. He never even got involved until I threatened to call police, and even then he just called and yelled into the phone that "YOU ARE GOING TO PAY ME OR ELSE!". Even though I did not give permission to do the work. The workers did not speak a word of English.

A total and complete ripoff
Charged $2,700.00 for very bad work that was completed in 35 minutes by hispanic people they picked up at a temp agency. They left mud all over and charged $21.00 just to move a $5.95 toilet boll cleaner from behind the toilet. They refused to give a price when they started working and conned me into signing a credit card receipt that was nothing more than an agreement that said they could charge whatever they wanted. The owner was a complete *** who yelled at me when I called the office to ask that they give me a price before they start. They just worked in my home without permission. They did a terrible job. The workers complained that they were only being paid $7.50 per hour.

NEVER use Laurens Restoration
Our condo was flooded from above and we needed to repair the ceiling, walls and floor. Bob from Laurens gave us an estimate. We had to go back and forth several times because things were left out and incorrect. The work took 2 weeks, they originally said would take a week. Three days before our scheduled move back in we noticed our laminate floor was incredibly uneven and notified Laurens. The day before moving back we met with Todd and his response was that we did not ask for the floor to be leveled. Are you kidding me!!! They are meant to be the "professionals". To make the matter worse before the work began we did question if the uneven concrete surface would cause a problem. Now that we are home we are noticing many more faults with workmanship. We are currently disputing everything with Laurens. They keep coming back to the fact that we didn't ask for the floor to be leveled... They are a joke of a business. NEVER USE THEM!!!

The owner of this company is a complete idiotic can man. They came into my house after an area wide flood and the foreman on the job had me sigh for a credit card charge of $500.
But what I really signed was an agreement that put no limit on what tyhey could charge me. DID LOUSY WORK.

I totally agree. They started working without my OK.
They refused to quote a price. The owner is some kind of maniac.
He called me and started yelling at me. Don't know how he stays in business.
