I realize they got a job to do by keeping our accounts safe but I have money in my savings to take care of my overdraft in my checking don't understand why the bank just locked my account up for paying my bills knowing I have the funds to pay the overdraft one person told me it could take up to 30 days to resolve the situation.i can't see why they would do that to someone needing to get into there account or having a account with funds in it I can't even sign in to see how I overdrawn or what transaction I have made that cause me to be overdrawn I need to get into my account an no one letting me know anything accept it's under review I'm really unhappy that I put such a large amount of my money in Laurel road bank and now I can't get access to my account

I'm locked out of my account because it's overdrawn, but I can take money out of my savings to pay the overdraft. However, they won't let me access my account.
Pros:
  • Are great but want help me unlock my online account

Preferred solution: My account unlocked so I can take care of my overdraft from my savings

They haven't given me my money back. Pure scam of an alleged bank.

Original review updated Sep 10, 2023
I tried opening an account with this online bank that is really key Bank in disguise. However, I was notified that they were not able to open an account for me at this time but then shortly thereafter I had account numbers for both my savings and checking accounts.

So with that being the case, I did a $10 test deposit out of my current bank's checking account just to see what would happen. Well, of course the deposit was accepted but then shortly thereafter and as multiple other reviews on other review sites have stated they would do, they put a hold on my account which made my $10 unaccessible. So far, the mobile app doesn't work, the website doesn't work, there is no form of legitimate customer service, and even the AI doesn't work correctly. My advice would be to stay as far away from this alleged b
ank as possible.

KeyBank was a horrible and crooked bank with numerous class action lawsuits against it, and apparently this new online bank which is nothing more than key Bank in disguise is no better. I know I'll never see my $10 again, but if it prevented me from losing more money and having even more aggravations, and hopefully preventing others from losing money and experiencing aggravations as well, then I consider it to be money well spent.

User's recommendation: Do not get involved with this bank for any reason
