Resolved: Company responded
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Launching Deals graciously re-ordered the (replacement) link I needed to install the application I purchased.
I don’t know what happened to the first one.
If there is an issue, contact the Launching Deals through the email provided. Those involved were quite helpful.
I have my product. Launching Deals did respond after I contacted it through
Pissed Consumer.
Launching Deals is new to me and so is Pissed Consumer. Things worked out respectively.

No refund
Product codes do not work and they don't return your money. Complete rip of a company.
No phone number, no address to go to.
Do not use or buy anything from them. They charge you, then no service.

Launching Deals did not respond to emails and they did not have a published telephone number so I contacted the BBB. On the BBB website I filled out a complaint and then discovered that Launching Deals was a DBA for Major Rocket.
BBB had a telephone number for Major Rocket and I called it. I got a real person that resolved my issue but it took way too much effort.

The company apologized for the inconvenience, replaced the product, and issued me a partial refund. The company made it right once I called them.
However, they did not respond to email inquiries. Be prepared to expend effort if you have an issue.
Launching deals 'fantastic customer support' is anything but fantastic. The only way to contact them is via email, and they apparently ignore the submission.
Two emails in 8 days and nothing back from them. I like their offers, but buyers need to be aware that they will not get any support if they have an issue.
