We purchased a 3-day parking perk from T-Mobile on 6/16/26. This was reserved for our trip 7/29-8/6/26 for parking at the Parking Spot at CMH airport. There was also a 25% perk for the rest of the time. When we left yesterday to pick up the car, they would not take the 9 dollars for the 3 days and additional 25% off for the rest of the days. Our cost at checkout was 130.00. Can you help us recoup our funds from the Parking Spot? I have screenshots of all. Thank you, Tim and Andi Bell.

Purchased office 2021 and got the launch email but the link wont open. Tried Edge and AVG secure browser.
Neither will open link.
Checked browser settings.
After several emails back and forth I got the correct download link and the license number. Got it downloaded and installed and we are good.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Launching Deals graciously re-ordered the (replacement) link I needed to install the application I purchased.
I don’t know what happened to the first one.
If there is an issue, contact the Launching Deals through the email provided. Those involved were quite helpful.

Pissed Consumer.

- - The only contact method is email, and submissions appear to be ignored.
- - They like the offers but warn buyers there will be no support.
The company apologized for the inconvenience, replaced the product, and issued me a partial refund. The company made it right once I called them.
However, they did not respond to email inquiries. Be prepared to expend effort if you have an issue.
Launching deals 'fantastic customer support' is anything but fantastic. The only way to contact them is via email, and they apparently ignore the submission.
Two emails in 8 days and nothing back from them. I like their offers, but buyers need to be aware that they will not get any support if they have an issue.

- - Launching Deals did not respond; no phone. It is a DBA for Major Rocket, and Major Rocket's number connected me to someone who resolved it.
Launching Deals did not respond to emails and they did not have a published telephone number so I contacted the BBB. On the BBB website I filled out a complaint and then discovered that Launching Deals was a DBA for Major Rocket.
BBB had a telephone number for Major Rocket and I called it. I got a real person that resolved my issue but it took way too much effort.

Product codes do not work and they don't return your money. Complete rip of a company.
No phone number, no address to go to.
Do not use or buy anything from them. They charge you, then no service.
