Resolved: Book an appointment
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Was trying to book an appointment. None needed.
Now you want to waste more of my time with explaining your lack of customer service and incompetence. I will drive there and book an appointment for a latter time. If there were another co-op, in the area, I would be there.

My account was closed & I received money from Zella & forgot my old launch card was on there . Now my money is sitting there & I can't get it

GO TO THE BRANCH IN DAYTONA BEACH ON RIDGEWOOD AVE...
GO INTO THE BRANCH...ALL NEW PEOPLE "ALL THE TIME" AND NO ONE KNOWS YOU ANY MORE...
GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW AND 3RD IN LINE AND
WAIT OVER 25 MINUTES!!
GO TO THE ATM AND IT IS "DOWN:
JUST WENT ON LINE TO CHECK MY ACCT AND THEY ARE HAVING
PROBLEMS AND IT IS "DOWN"!
THIS BANK WAS GREAT WHEN IT FIRST OPENED BUT NOW?? SOOOO
MANY PROBLEMS ALL THE TIME AND WHEN YOU GO INSIDE TO
SPEAK TO SOMEONE YOU WRITE YOUR NAME DOWN AND YOU WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT!!! "WHAT HAPPEND TO THIS BANK"???

Your customer service SUCKS. Some how, my PIN number & my computer logging credentials have been compromised and your company can’t do a damn thing for me before 8am and after 5pm on week days, and you can’t do *** for me on Saturday or Sunday. Thanks bunches.
