Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Was trying to book an appointment. None needed.
Now you want to waste more of my time with explaining your lack of customer service and incompetence. I will drive there and book an appointment for a latter time. If there were another co-op, in the area, I would be there.

- - Service did not resolve compromised PIN and login credentials.
- - Hours are limited: no help before 8am, after 5pm on weekdays, or weekends.
Your customer service SUCKS. Some how, my PIN number & my computer logging credentials have been compromised and your company can’t do a damn thing for me before 8am and after 5pm on week days, and you can’t do *** for me on Saturday or Sunday. Thanks bunches.
